If we assume each Jackson County precinct has the 39.9-37.6 vote, Cruz will gain 43 votes on Trump for each precinct that comes in- with 34 precincts to report, that's a gain of 1,462 votes. However, Trump is up by 2,467 votes, and he should gain ~480 votes from the outstanding precincts in St. Louis County.

Unless something totally ridiculous happens, Trump has won Missouri.
