The penalty for those who haven't sent rankings is going to be 50% knocked off their scores at the end of the Eurovision night. It doesn't affect any of the eliminations (it would be unfair to eliminated someone when I did own up to making a tiny mistake with the PMs, although I did correct this in the thread).
