I don't really think they're putting anyone's life in danger... Maggie even tried to go off on her own to avoid that and Glenn has blatantly risked his life to save others countless times, this episode included. Besides, it's not like their groups are guaranteed to be any safer by not trying to find each other.

Yeah the actress may have said that but unfortunately it is not being executed well. Glenn already knew that Maggie was alive when he entered the tunnel and saw that she was not a walker. He could have turned back, but he decided to go on a suicide mission. He could have easily gone around the tunnel. Glenn tried to save the lesbian (don't remember her name) but as soon as he sees Maggie, the lesbian (and she is still stuck) suddenly doesn't exist.
And you can't deny that Maggie didn't even MENTION Beth. She already found her love, so she didn't bother to ask Glenn if he had encountered anyone
Yeah I would pretty desperate to find my husband if I were in they type of situation, but Maggie and Glen became annoying characters lately. The whole "Love can conquer anything" bs
