Wow, stinks that you are a light sleeper. I think I am a moderate sleeper, unless I am right next to someone else, then I am a light sleeper. Overall, I do turn a few times, but it takes a while to fall asleep. Sometimes, when there is a lot on my mind, I cannot even stay asleep! What I do is face my wall, close my eyes, and then try to not think about anything... if I can think about something boring, I do that. Otherwise, try to just stare at something boring like my wall.
