I think R&B songs would sell well if they were being played on pop radio more. Blurred Lines, The Way, Suit & Tie have done fairly well on iTunes for example.
****in' Problems, Started From the Bottom and Love Me all got top 10 on the Hot 100 without pop support, but they were top 20 on iTunes most of the time.
R&B artists need to at least promote their singles. Only time I see an R&B outside of the big names like Miguel, Alicia Keys, Ciara, and Frank Ocean promote is the BET Awards.
They literally only rely on Urban AC and Urban support(barely).

Of course it will go Top 30 next week, the sales quadrupled and airplay has been rising, so I'm sure with the sales update, it can easily go Top 25 and it even might go Top 20. Don't forget that streaming and views have gone a little higher too for Body Party that should help as well.
