Probably because he signed a big deal with Target, these days you mainly get a HMV exclusive slipcase as extra in the UK . US (Target) and Japan in general are mainly the only countries/terrotories these days that get some additional songs.
This is how it's gonna like in my iTunes. I hate when the titles are in all caps.
