It shouldn't be a problem, there will surely be some late spoons
I'll be probably be able to quickly spoon on mobile, so either way I'm not worried about my safety. I just wanted to at least try the challenge, plus I'm sure the thread will be more active and interesting while the round is going on.
Spooning on mobile was never a problem for me with regards to speed. I did wish I was able to compete in every challenge, though.
Luckily, my teachers aren't extremely strict about phone usage during class (and I'm sure they cut me some slack because of how good a student I am ), so I can get onto the forum when I need to whenever I want.
