no it doesn't, it's meant to count OVERALL VEVO views for each given artist. As far as I know, these other girls' numbers may be wrong too if their VEVO views are split onto different channels
IBeMe just made the mistake that each respective Artistnamevevo channel houses all of that individual artist's vevo videos, when that clearly isn't the case.

Nowhere in here does IBeMe state the video views are limited to TaylorSwiftVEVO or KatyPerryVevo. He just says it's the VEVO views of a particular artist. Katy's are split over THREE channels. He just counted one of them.

KatyPerryVevo has less views than taylor swift vevo, those are the views that this thread has always counted since it was created, if you want another way of counting views, create your own thread, deal with, it is not a bad thing for katy, she has less videos, so her channel is more impressive

IBeMe's criteria: VEVO views.
My criteria: VEVO Views.
End result: Katy has more VEVO views.
It's literally black and white. The good sis IBeMe just screwed up.
