finally, an outright confirmation of the Diamond Authority ! and actual mess @ it literally being called the Diamond Authority . Ronaldo, ha future vision is REAL.

I was screaming when Garnet grabbed Peridot, she was so ready to **** ha up . I hope Peri can get a real understanding and appreciation of what makes Earth special soon.

I was looking through /sug/, and I saw someone mention the possibility that "Super Watermelon Island", "Gem Drill", and "Barn Mates" are the first episodes of season 2B. "Super Watermelon Island" would deal with the gems following up on the Watermelon Stevens from way back, and unexpectedly finding out where Malachite is. "Gem Drill" would have them using the drill to attempt to unfuse and disarm Malachite/Lapis/Jasper, and "Barn Mates" would focus on Peridot and Lapis trying to get along, with Lapis holding a grudge against Peridot for bringing her back to Earth.

I wonder what they did with Jasper than. Bubbling would be the most likely scenario, but I'd just imagine Steven would immediately unbubble her, but with worse consequences. I can't imagine a scenario where they'd keep her bubbled until they needed her for whichever reason either. Hmm...

But... in terms of what you wrote I literally don't give a **** about what they do with Jasper. Hell, they might have just kept her somewhere else in the Barn or something while Peridot tries to talk to Lapis and have things fixed up. I hope that they bubble her because she's obviously strong and threatening unlike smol Peridot.

I do like the idea of what they're doing w/ the ideas for the future episodes. I hope they have a big ass fight with Malachite who has fully gone under its own control and it's epic but then they just whatever whatever and beat it some gay way and then it's fine. idk. I wish we had gotten a better look at White Diamond.

Did you see though? You know the symbol, right? White on top. Blue and Yellow in the middle and then Pink on the bottom? White diamond's gem is on her forehead. Blue/Yellow on their chest. So... Pink is actually on her mid-drift or stomach. I've always been the fan of Pink Diamond = Rose, but idk. I wouldn't be surprised if it just s massive like fork in the road since BD is so TALL. Not to mention not right gem shape but w/e.

The show has had 1 or 2 week breaks before, so honestly the max I can see us waiting is till like early February. If it's not back then, than Cartoon Network needs to get their **** together.

I used to be p much 100% a Jasper hater bc I thought of her as nothing more than a brute who was making my fav (Lapis) suffer, but seeing as the shows writers have made it clear she's more complex than she seems, and thinking of the potential plots/ideas she could bring to the table (her and Amethyst relating over both being Quartz warriors, her training Steven to follow in his mother's footsteps without coddling him like the other gems would, her talking to Garnet about fusion, her being able to relate war stories from the other side, etc.), I really want her to be redeemed. I just don't see how they'd be able to ease her into it.

I actually saw an interesting theory about our Pearl formerly belonging to White Diamond. Blue Diamond's Pearl has her gem on her chest, just like Blue Diamond. Same with Yellow Diamond and her Pearl. White Diamond's gem is on her forehead, as is Pearl's, so she probably formerly served under her. Not to mention Pearl doesn't really have a pinkish color palette, while the other two have palettes similar to their leaders.

I'm also really proud of Steven for snatching the communication link from Perry. I feel like he wouldn't have been able to pull of a stunt like that when we first met him. He's growing in many different ways.

The one that I mentioned at the top of the page?

It was a short clip of Peridot handing a very angry looking Lapis a gift. It confirms that Malachite is being split up soon (at least soon enough for them to have a "New Episodes!" promo ready, so maybe 5-6 episodes away at most? idk), that Lapis is safe, that Lapis is staying with Steven and the gems, and that all of this is presumably happening before the cluster is dealt with.
