I guess I've listened to it a couple of times already, and I'm ready to give rankings:
1. Shots - 10/10 (such a perfect opener!)
2. Gold - 9/10 (hated it at first like 3/10, but after singing with the lyrics it just grew tremendously!)
3. Smoke and Mirrors - 9/10 (love the melodies! although the start of the chorus needs to be toned down, I can't @ it going too loud!)
4. I'm So Sorry 8/10 (never got the appeal at first but I finally managed to appreciate this one!)
5. I Bet My Life - 10/10 (so M&S, I would have loved another M&S-inspired track or two!)
6. Polaroid - 10/10 (so far the best song on the album for me, I loved it 10 seconds in the first time I listened to the album!)
7. Friction - 3/10 (like what the hell was that mess?
)
8. It Comes Back to You - 9/10 (gotta say I love this one too, so underrated!)
9. Dreams - 9/10
10. Trouble - 9/10 (Dreams and Trouble are both lovely tracks!)
11. Summer - 4/10 (I still don't like this one!)
12. Hopeless Opus - 10/10 (I haven't heard this one until I had the Super Deluxe and I must say it immediately captivated me!)
13. The Fall - 10/10 (this song reminds me a lot of things! Such a perfect closer!)
Overall, I'll give the album 9! NV is a 10 but still, 9 is a pretty solid score for me! I'll probably make a custom-made standard version of S+M eliminating Friction and Summer and replace them with Second Chances and The Unknown!
