Don't know how i feel about Mariah. It's as if so many people have seriously abandoned her. It would be great if she had more support from adult album buyers, but it seems like she doesn't with these numbers.

Right. I'm sure this number will rise later on in the week and this album will have longevity. i think she's gonna do at least 2 more singles so it will be on the charts for a while. and most people who buy album dont get on the internet like that, nnd thats her real fanbase, so promotion and time will help for longevity

Mariah actually had radio airplay with "#Beautiful" though, which could have added another 30-40K with sales. Her subsequent singles have been practically non-existent after that.
I was afraid it'd be worst so I feel alright about the numbers. She desperately needs a successful single though. She's not the kind of artist that can sell albums without them.
Gonna listen to the album later this week
