Joe didn't confirm it, the source of a British newspaper claims he confirmed it which basically confirms it was fake. Y'all can't listen to "a source told *newspaper*" because it's lies 99% of the time but as far as Cher having tantrums, cheryl confirmed that was true. The quote about cher and the Brit awards is clearly fake

The first article about Cher is made up and the second drag - well, wasn't she right about Cheryl not singing live? She even apologized afterwards, and don't forget she was basically still a kid back then (she kinda is now too but she's married now) so she sometimes didn't think before she spoke. Why aren't you commenting on Cheryl's behaviour towards Rebecca and Cher then?
