Latin Airplay doesn't count towards English Airplay.
La Tortura was indeed a hit peaking at 23 on the Hot 100
But considering Bailando has the support on Pop, Rhythmic and HAC stations. In my opinion it has outlasted La Tortura. Probably it won't surpass La Tortura's chart reign on the Hot Latin Songs but it has a TREMENDOUS lead on Airplay from the #2 song and is going to take a while for another song to dethrone it
