Yeah, I actually kinda believe that. LOL.
But for radio station's c/d is different case, because radio usually alot faster and its based on request, and airplay, thats why it could change alot.
But hello, this is (Pop Inc 10) only from our votes, how could in a week, they just dont like one video that they voted like crazy the previous week, so the video dissapeared directly from top 3. thats just crazy. LOL.
