That thread from yesterday everyone was like "no one expected Ellie to be successful, I can't believe she got a hit," etc. and now people are saying Lights is radio friendly like wtf
I don't instantly love it, but it's a ****ing incredible song.
It sounds like her debut stuff, but more mature, experienced and developed. She's such a brilliant artist and I'm glad she has a fanbase big enough to keep her going for a long time.

The UK didn't even touch Lights, and they eat up anything even remotely "radio friendly."
So wait... there's no legal way of getting this until the 21st right?
I may have to resort to downloading the Youtube video just so Last.fm gets my scrobbles. I'll be playing the hell out of this for the next couple weeks then I probably won't touch it afterwards.
I wasn't sure because the last image in the video could potentially have been the single cover, but then I thought that it didn't fit with the theme this era. But then the one in the OP could have been fan-made so I was confused. Thanks for the article though!
