Stunning video. Visually, aesthetically gorgeous and the characters and story are amazing. There's so many analysations of the video already, I'll need to watch it some more times to cast my own thoughts on the message/s. Wow, Gaga truly delivered with this one.

Just watched the video for probably the fifth time, after taking an hour break. I noticed SO much more this time, especially in light of her tweet about loving all parts of her.

She's an experiment (being poked and prodded and changed until she emerges as something beautiful, just like her career), she's a mermaid (something mythical, something that doesn't happen often, just like her career), she's a robot (having to carefully position her own arm in time with the song at the beginning, like she's learning choreography for the first time. Playing with the "gaga-can't-dance" thing being an accepted truth?), she's an innocent girl in love for the first time and she's also a man (playing with her androgyny and the rumors that she's a he.)

I love it.

Plus, two fun things I noticed about Robo-Gaga:

1) It's a Chanel robo-arm



2) The surreal mole on Robo-Gaga is a washer!
