How is Into You predicted to only be one spot higher than We Don't Talk Anymore on the Hot 100? Into You is one spot higher on Spotify, 6 spots higher on overall radio, and 16 spots higher on iTunes. Is YouTube that significant?

French Montana - "No Shopping (feat. Drake)"
Quote:
The track, from the rapper’s forthcoming album MC4 (due Aug. 19), takes the Streaming Gainer award, vaulting 125 percent to 9.3 million weekly streams. A music video released on July 29 is the main driver for the increase, with 53 percent of overall plays stemming from YouTube.

Sucker For Pain and Rise jumping ahead and Let Me Love You debuting high.
But yeah sales will be higher than the 43k kworb had as in early estimate. So it surely can move up a couple of spots when I update the predictions.

and it's rarely warned either.
In any event, this is clearly Rihanna and drake's year in totality with honorable mentions for Bieber, Adele and Beyonce.
I think views will probably be in the top 5 for a year since he has two more urban hits and 2 more crossover hits left in this era

Kenny Chesney - "Setting the World On Fire (feat. P!nk)"
Quote:
The collab debuts at No. 29 on the Hot 100, the highest bow of Chesney's 49 career entries. It's powered by its No. 2 entrance on Digital Songs with 93,000 first-week downloads sold in the week ending Aug. 4, according to Nielsen Music, marking both Chesney's first Digital Songs top 10 and his career-best sales week for a song.
|
Desiigner - "Tiimmy Turner"
Quote:
Desiigner notches his second top 40 Hot 100 hit, as "Tiimmy Turner" jumps 46-37 in its second week. His debut smash "Panda," which spent two weeks at No. 1 in May, ranks at No. 12 (after 18 weeks in the top 10). Streaming is responsible for 88 percent of the chart points for "Tiimmy," which surges 25-14 on Streaming Songs (10.8 million U.S. streams, up 27 percent). (Streaming accounts for 76 percent of the points sum for "Panda.")

So I guess Work can be #5 year end at best. Going higher than Stressed Out, but getting overtaken by One Dance.
That's if Panda doesnt go higher. It doesnt deserve to imo

Well iTunes really doesn't matter that much anymore. See "Me Too". If it did, all of Meghan's singles would be Top 5 and no one would know who Desiigner is.

It depends. I saw someone else's year-end predictions where it looked like Work could possible get #3.
The formula change part way through the year could throw in some surprises either way (i.e. songs after it being lower or higher than expected). It seems that Justin Bieber will almost definitely have the top 2 songs no matter what.

What are the chances for next week? Will Sia go for 5 weeks at #1? or Cold Water could be a threat?
