 And that's the problem. The measure of popularity that Billboard use is inadequate. Whilst being popular can generally indicate that the song is well liked, it can also indicate that a song is incredibly disliked. When someone buys a song, it's because they like the song. When someone watches a video, it could mean they are doing so due to how bad it is, a publicity stunt of some sort, or just generally disliking the song so much that they felt they had to visit the video to make a comment. 
I don't want songs that are disliked by the GP to do well on Billboard, it just doesn't make sense.
