Even if it was released earlier there would be no way it would be top 10 at this point Before DFH, Meghan has released only two singles. She doesn't have enough force yet to immediately make a song jump to the top 10 on iTunes. I'd say it's doing incredibly well so far.

She's going to Asia and Australia next month and Europe in May. Had it been released earlier, it wouldn't have gotten the chance to receive worldwide promo so that's a positive aspect in its late release.

This song had way more chances in late december early january and that's a fact. At that time the song was top 50 without any promo or video... Just like 1+1=2 had they released this when everyone was buying it and it would have jumped to #1 instantly.
