It's not overpowered so I think you're only gonna get it from supply drops.

Treyarch handled this game so poorly TBH. The community was backing them hard and it was mostly unanimous that it was great but whew they just let it die with all the micro transaction ********
It's too late for them to rebound.
The weapons on the supply drops aren't any good, the smg has a low RoF and the sniper is bolt action drakon which is dumb so that's why I'm fine about the supply drops.
And now this new specialist, I don't think I've encountered many specialists with their item active and I imagine the specialist item is not worth it if I already killed the person using it easily.
