There was nothing inappropriate about that 2009 interview. Getting beat down by your significant other isn't some shameful crime that she should have hidden in the shaddows. If she wants to profit off of it, then, oh well. Now, if CB were to try to profit of his felony assault, then that would be heinous, but there's nothing unethical about Rihanna using her tragedy for personal gain. She didn't do anything wrong. CB did.
Until I see the two of them boo-ed up out in public as an official couple, or some real confirmation that they've been sleeping together behind closed doors, then I don't buy the explanation that RIhanna is thumbing her nose at her fans with these two remixes, or that she's lost credibility for working with him, nor do I see these remixes necessarily as a sign of weakness on her part. She's forgiven him for the incident. They work well together, so she did some songs with him.
