The current moderators are all on the same level. The new ones will be a level below them. I believe they won't have access to the more powerful tools, like thread pruning, user editing and IP lookup.
I was obviously kidding when I said I applied. I still want to be able to act a boiling ass mess, cut a bish, act ghetto and ignorant whenever I feel like doing so.
By the way, the things stated are just preferences; if you are an outstanding, well-known member that does not completely meet the preferences, exceptions can still be made.
Good luck to all ATRLers applying to join the staff. I can't wait to read all of the submissions and possibly discovering an unexpected gem. A word of advice, just be honest and genuine with it, those type of applications always stick out the most from the generic ones.
