I'll start with the easy one, (1/x). There are two ways of doing it, you can use the quotient rule, but I highly suggest changing it into (x^-1) and using the power rule, its much faster that way.
As for sin (8π/x), i would suggest letting (8π/x) = u, and think about it this way. The derivative of sin(u) is cos(u) * du. If you think about it, sin(x) = cos(x) * x' = cos(x) * 1 = cos(x).
