Violations are the newest feature of this game - they weren't around last season, they're brand new!
How they work: each time you are placed in the Flop Trinity, you are given an infraction, or violation.
After 3, you are automatically placed in the Flop Trinity for the round following - that is, if you survive that long!
Note: this does not mean the Golden Trinity must eliminate you - it just increases the likelihood.
If you're wondering how these end up working throughout the season, your averages are determined by how the judges ranked you and how close to the top you are overall. At the end of the game, the highestaverages have a small say in who winds up being in The Holy Trinity... but it's not the biggest deciding factor.
Highlights: Round One
Usually I do cute write-ups on the Golden Trinity.
Since the "Me" trinity is somewhat preliminary, that'll start next round
For the time being, however, and until the game's end, the Golden Trinity is in my signature!

I decided to this a bit differently. I interpreted the three songs as a way to show the past, present, and future me. I hope this doesn't suck.
Katy Perry - "Hot N Cold"
▼ Past Me ▼
There was no way I could not include Katy. She is my favorite artist. I chose Hot N Cold because, one, it's my username (obviously, but I also picked this song because it has a much deeper meaning to me. This song came in my life when everything around me was going wrong. There were many issues concerning my family's health, and when this song was released, it's positivity and fun message provided the perfect escape. The song is also what solidified my love for Katy.
Passenger - "Things That Stop You Dreaming"
▲ Present Me ▼
I decided to pick this because it's such an honest message. It's saying that things may not be just as you expected, but you need to make the most of what you have. Everyone has disappointments in their lives, and this song helps spread the message that once you learn to love the things you do have, you will become a much happier person.
Ellie Goulding - "Anything Could Happen"
▲ Future Me ▲
This song describes where I am going to be in my life perfectly. It's an uplifting, empowering, and strengthening song about overcoming obstacles and the uncertainty in life. Being a senior in high school, I face a long road of doubt and uncertainty towards my future, but when I listen to this song, I feel like I will be able to overcome anything life throws at me.

Miley Cyrus ♥ We Can't Stop
Miley, her new look, her music, and everything about her is my obsession. I'm just so obessed with her. We can't Stop starts my trinity, because it's such a party tune, it makes me wanna dance, sing along, and just get crazy. I just love it. I relate to this song, because it's a party tune, and I love partying with my friends. Miley sings about partying, beeing young, and just doing what you want, it's just my anthem.
ABBA ♥ I Have A Dream
Oh the young days. My childhood. My parents are a huge ABBA fans, and I literally grew up listening to songs like "Dancing Queen" "Mamma Mia" "Happy New Year" "Waterloo" ... I just love ABBA and their music, my parents still listen to them, and I always sing along. This song joins my trinity, because I always try to find something good in everything, even in the worst situation, I try to stay positive. This song is also my favorite ABBA song, it always makes me feel better, it's just such a good and warm track, and I just love it.
Eiffel 65 ♥ Blue (Da Ba Dee)
This song represents my silly side, I'm actually love anything that is silly. I love to laugh, and bop to these funny tracks, I enjoy listening to fun tracks, that basically mean nothing, and are just made for fun. Blue was a huge hit in my country. Me and my sister both loved this song, our parents even have videos of my and me sister dancing to this song when we were like 5 & 8 years old, this was just my jam, still is, I listen to it sometimes, these tracks make me feel happier, and I just can't imagine my life without music like this.

I connect with this song so much because it expresses the feeling of knowing you've had it hard. This past year I've lost some of the most important things in my life and I've learned that that after a certain amount of pain we start to lose the ability to relate to other people or trust in anything good. The simplistic arrangement allows us to hear the mixture of exhaustion and fear in Mary's voice, and it gives me the sense that she's seeking the same reprieve I am. My Heart describes the wall I put between myself and others, and the beautiful yet terrifying process of taking it down.
I'm obsessed with escaping, and nothing— not drugs, games, sex or movies— takes me away like music does. While I consciously avoid dealing with my emotions, music allows me to lose myself and let my feelings and experiences flow freely. I respond to every bad event by discovering new music, and if there's one thing I'm damn proud of it's my music collection. Sing For Me embodies escapism, from the story the lyrics tell to Christina's unabashed voice freeing her and the listener of all constraints.
Every single line of Q.U.E.E.N. inspires me. Janelle takes a funky and lighthearted approach to critiquing society, and she muses on everything from religion to self acceptance while keeping the song fun and catchy. I think that's very symbolic of my personality; like the song, I think and analyze on a deep level yet I'm bubbly and I prefer to immerse myself in entertainment. Like Janelle, I'm aware people think I'm freakish and I don't care as long as I can get down. Q.U.E.E.N. engages me on an intellectual level and helps me discover joy and pride within myself.
Okay I've decided to write less this time round, I ran out of ways to describe anthems fairly quickly so I'm going to hope the music speaks for itself here.
