They were teasing it at the concerts, because it is being considered as an instant grat track.
Jo has a tendency to create different versions of her songs, production and lyric wise.
There were SEVERAL versions of Play This Twice, 2 versions of Sexy to Me, 2 versions of I Am, and 2 versions of Bodyguard.

The track hasn't leaked, but the full lyrics leaked a long time ago.
