You cannot discount an entire race romantically and not be racist to some degree. You want to know why? Race is a huge generalization in itself and people of various traits and backgrounds are present in this world. Not every black and asian looks the same. Maybe you were raised in a homogeneous society in which you only ever interacted with people who looked as yourself, sure. But yall are not about to sit here and tell me preferences, for the most part, are not rooted in racism and prejudice.
Society teaches us from the jump that white is right and anything else comes second. You mean to tell me of the entire continent of asia and africa you'd find 0 men attractive in comparison to one random busted white twink with jeans and flip flops on.
Yall got me ****ed up.

I just don't understand ... Why is there difference between I don't prefer women in sexual way or I don't prefer blacks in sexual way ? In both ways I don't like them in sexual way because of their phsycial apperance and I do generalize them. I don't understand the ''BUT IT IS GEYH HE DONT LIKE WOMEN 1!'' answer, too. It having a name doesn't mean it is a correct answer.

I'm a minority and I have experienced racism many times but I have a preference for one race that attracts me the most and there's a lot of people who like to date their "people" only not only white people do this.

It does make you racist. You aren't that open minded if you are grouping millions of people together based on stereotypes and discarding them based on one thing: skin color.

What are the things that all men have that one would find attractive that all women don't? There's lots of answers to that
What are the things that say all white people have that say all black people don't? There's only one, and it's racist
oh and "blacks" is not the way we refer to black people

Let's put it this way, you are not attracted to women when it comes to physical appearance because they don't have a dick. You're not attracted to black men because of their skin color.
Now what does that sound like?
Better yet, please do tell why you're not interested in black men physically? Describe it for me, would you?

'I' personally prefer both of the races I was just giving example.
And maybe it ''sounds'' not right for you because of your thoughts but in fact having a dick and having a white skin are both related to physical appearance.
One could say that they don't like different skin when it comes to finding a mate.
Now let me say a thing and find out that how that 'sounds' like :
If you don't mate with blacks you are racist.
And that leads to ; Am I really racist ? If I want to fix this I should date with black people.
Sorry but it 'sounds' like indirect enforcement.

Sorry for 'blacks' , English is my third language and I wrote without looking up for dictionary.
And for the bolded part ; It is not racist, it is a physical appearance feature and it does have a name ; skin color. And some people doesn't prefer darker color in a person in sexual way. You CAN'T enforce them to like that ?

People of color come in so many different skin colors though. Including black people, i dont see how one can say "I am not attracted to black people". It's inherently racist whether intentional or not

The issue here that I see is the fact that people believe that the biggest problem of racism is when somebody flat out starts screaming the n-word on the street. The biggest problem about racism is the fact that it is a system which has been designed to perpetuate itself and keep itself alive. From the moment we're born into this RACIST society, through mass media we're taught that everything that is white is somehow superior to other races. We watch movies with white people, we listen to music made by white people, being white is rewarded everywhere you go.
People seem to correctly grasp the idea that if you spend a lot of time around violence as a child, you'll probably exhibit some signs of violence later on in life. It's because psychologically, if you're constantly being exposed to something, over time it will register on an unconscious level.
That's why people deny the fact that they're racist when somebody accuses them of being racist. Because in their mind, the first thing that pops up is "wait, no I'm not, I believe that all races should be equal, therefore I cannot be racist." However, they fail to realize that because of the fact that they grew up in a racist society, some of those racist ideas have been instilled in their minds. When you grow up constantly being told that white is better, even though on a conscious level you're able to acknowledge that it doesn't make sense, constant exposure to such ideas will certainly have an effect.
That's why a lot of people seem to think that it's completely ok to dismiss an entire race, with the excuse of it just being a preference, but still somehow not label themselves a racist.

There are high yellow black people like me. Not all blacks are BLACK.
It's just weird how people won't have sex with a black person because their skin is dark. Like what the ****? Are you scared that you might turn black after getting ****ed?

This just absolutely makes no sense. Like I'm really sitting here trying to explain something to you, but this is just flat out one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
You're literally saying that not being attracted to women if you're gay is the same as not being attracted to poc if you're white. The reason you're not attracted to women is not because of their physical appearance, it's because you're not interested into the female gender. You don't find female breasts or female genitalia attractive. However, you are attracted to men and you find men attractive. Now, if a person claims to be attracted to men but not black men, we would have to see what it is that is different from a white man to a black man - the answer of course being the color of their skin.
And if you have to justify something with "because of the color of their skin"

I completely agree with the 1st paragraph.
While I get what you're trying to say, I think your argument would be more valid if we were discussing Blacks preferring their White(or lite skin) counterparts more.

Racist
noun [C] /ˈreɪsɪst/
› someone who believes that other races of people are not as good as their own
from Cambridge dictionary

I agree with everything you said except the last part. There were crucial issues about racism in this age and they are still continuing. I agree that it may even crossed to an unconscious level but not in this case. One is not ''dismissing'' entire race with their sexual preferences. They don't think that other races of people are not as good as their own therefore they are NOT racist.
Racism is very important topic which should be studied in various disiplines but you are all acting a little bit conservator in this topic.

Not liking someone due to the color of their skin is racist. There are tall, built, masculine, hung, etc. etc. men in all races. Not liking tall guys is a preference, not liking short guys is a preference. Not liking a whole race of people is not. Black people come in all arrays of color, size, dick measurements, height weight, etc etc so if you are singling out an entire race just because they identify as black you are RACIST. You are ignorantly justified in your decision, just admit you're a little racist, and let the world keep spinning.

You can't forced to like every type of men ? It isn't that that simple : I LIKE PENIS I LIKE EVERY MEN.
Everyone has their opinions and preferences. They may sound 'dumbest things that you've ever heard' but that doesn't change that it is THE truth.
