Physical? No. I think they just have the digital version for now but that's subject to change.

I think they'll eventually release a physical of the deluxe, I could be wrong though. In terms of the digital download, I'm not sure if it's the deluxe or the standard but I agree it's really expensive so you'll most likely be able to download the deluxe version.
