Not really, because the point of the show is for them to learn and experience, so if they do invite people back, it should be people who did not grow from the show (i.e Catya charged with inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of an instrument of crime (the mace), aggravated assault, etc).
An All-Star cycle would also be boring only because we all know those fame *****s would come on the show for more "television" and they wouldn't be like themselves. Like Jersey Shore, season one was fun, but after their fame, the next season is boring.
They should, however, do something like a "Charm School" spinoff. That would be fun. And season eight won't get boring... They added twins this cycle, so it should be interesting.
