Yes, Togekiss got an 11 from me. One of the truly great cross gen evos this gen (lord knows there weren't many).

Tangrowth is ok, mainly because Tangela was trash to begin with. Rhyperior is the main one that just ruined an awesome evolutionary line. Lickilicky, like the preevos, was just unnecessary.

The Magmar line was always destined to be doomed so not much could save it.

Also, yeah Rhyperior is inferior compared to his past forms but he was okay to use at that times with Solid Rock
