I haven't had much luck with Sony Music, Soundscan, and RIAA. Basically, they keep telling me that I need to contact Kelly's team for this kind of stuff. I tried to find a way to contact Starstruck Management (the one Narvel started) and there's no way to e-mail them. So I looked up some of the key people who worked there and I tweeted them. Haven't heard anything from them yet. I also tweeted Brandon to tell his dad to update the certifications. I also tweeted RCA as well. My only option is to write a letter to Starstruck Management, RCA, and Kelly Clarkson.

It's at 4.8M US and 260M streams WW, and with Kelly being her degree of local she would have well over 40% of those streams coming from the US. Stronger is easily 6x Platinum eligible.
