I don't get it. The purpose of her tweeting would be to create awareness, right? Isn't she doing the same thing by donating money? In a few hours, all news outlets will pick this story up and it will generate further support for Kesha. I'm not a Taylor fan but damned if she does, damned if she doesn't. And it's not like she just woke up and decided to give away a quarter of a million. Maybe she donated on the same day as the court hearing and Kesha's team just received it today or decided to tell it publicly today.
