If I was doing the submitting for her, here's where I'd concentrate:

Pop Female - Rude Boy
Rap/Sung - LTWYL
Rap/Sung - Hard
Dance Recording - Only Girl

RR, TA and Rockstar are all non-starters. No Rihanna album has been nominated, and Rated R is not breaking that trend. (Unless it goes into Contemporary R&B Album - that's relatively weak.)
