Nicki has better punchlines, better flows, and rap than any female rapper today or now. So yes she is the best when it comes to RAP as a RAPPER then yes.
Her punchlines are terrible, but her flow is dope. She would be more respected if she was better lyrically. She always have that one terrible or awfull line on almost every song.

this is not at all a big deal i personally think that things like this should be kept on wax (same as beefs), but rappers have been saying this about themselves forever.
