Maybe they based it on the fact that Asians earn more than any other race in the US, are the least likely to be imprisoned and are the most likely to have had higher education.
That's more due to Asians following the law, working hard at school, and not committing crimes than any "privilege"
I'm definitely considered privileged. This whole thing seemed very disproportionate.
