Sorry y'all, it's not possible. I worked with Apple for 3 years, and iPhones aren't able to be hacked without being jailbroken or by someone very sophisticated. He ain't that smart, and a hack cannot be reversed in 15-20 minutes.
He should take the L and deal with it like a man. He said those things, now he's going to have to face trial by internet.

Looks like we just witnessed the end of a career?

Do you lose your twitter acces If someone changes your password ?
Lets say Drew was using his twitter account and at the same time someone hacked him , does he lose acces ?
|
This is a good question too.
Also, if Drew didn't report the hack to Twitter, then technically his accont wouldn't get frozen right? So maybe the hacker and Drew are both using Twitter at the same time and Drew hasn't logged out yet (so therefore he hasn't had a need to re-enter his password again to know if it was changed).

We deal with that with a lot of client twitter handles. If something is reported stolen or hacked, it's frozen.
|
But if this is true why hasn't it been the case for any other high profile hacking this year?

How would he even know about Gaga's aunt or Nicki's abortion though? I'm on this forum and I didn't even know about her aunt, I heard about Nicki's abortion but it's not a known thing, it's only used by internet gays to try and get a quick kii or drag. How would a straight guy know any of this?

They are white guys, which means they will continue to be played on radio. Whether they were hacked or not, this affects nothing for them. If Justin Bieber can sing about lynching n-words, and continue to be successful, and if Donald Trump can force himself on women and call Mexicans rapists, yet be able to run for president, what makes you think that The Chainsmokers allegedly calling Joanne an "ugly hermaphrodite" will make any difference in their career trajectory? Expect them to have a bigger music presence on radio, not the opposite. The silver lining for Gaga is that with very little media interest in "Joanne" or the singles released from the album, this Chainsmoker spat did give her some promo, which she desperately needed (that's why she was so quick to desperately reply back by @ing him) so she should be thanking them. In conclusion, these are the words of No$tradamus: The Chainsmokers will be 100% fine. They will continue to be played on radio. And nothing will change in terms of their career path. All that being said, "Closer" is still just... just awful.

I mean the Snapchat convo screenshot using a VPN I highly doubt that guy even knows what a VPN is, let alone would use one

Oo, this is interesting. A VPN is not that common true.

So why didn't he change his password/freeze his account after the first hack? He tweets he was hacked, and leaves his account open to more hacking?

Who said it was reported? Who said the password was changed? Who said Drew didn't have access to the account AT THE SAME TIME as the 'hacker'.
The most plausible scenario: 'Hacker' cracks Drew's password from location B, Drew is still using his account from location A. Hacker posts Halsey tweet, fans start attacking Drew, Drew defends himself from location A, saying it's a fake tweet (as he knows he didn't tweet it) and hacker deletes tweet to make him look dumb / suspicious from location B. Twitter fans have 'proof' of the tweet before deletion, Drew comes to the conclusion that he must have been hacked from location A. Hacker is dying from laughter at location A, realises Drew has caught on, and decides to milk the 'hack' by tweeting obscene things to Gaga/Nicki before getting cut off.

no it's because I'm a human being with morals and jokes about dead relatives are vile, if someone said that about one of my dead relatives in my face I'd punch their throat in in a second, it's sick and disgusting

Of course it's just because it's Gaga. When you read posts like that, you can tell there's zero
self-awareness there. As if there isn't worse things that's been said or done in this world.
