The deluxe editio can be as long as she likes. It can even be a 3-cd package. But the standard should not exceed 13 tracks.
Actually most standards are coming out as 14 with 3 extra songs to make it 17. 17 is like a full album now for really established artist now adays. And that USED to be Xtina's normal album LOL.
