I never thot AYHTDWS woud become the song to get Stay Stay Stay'ed (no1curr about This Love) from the setlist since it had a love interest & an actual performance etc. I thot IWYW had been destined to become the one from the beginning with its boring & cheesy performance. I've been trying to get on for weeks and only recently became a member. I have all her albums except the self titled (...we dont have itunes or spotify so...). and my birthday's monday!!

Let's just not think of TS6 for now. Or like ever. The idea that the lead single is less than a year away is legitimately stressful to me; every major TS release for quite a few years has been on a huge day of my life and I'm nervous for the next era.
This is exactly how a true stan feels, thinking in this way makes me feel a little bit less nervous: Taylor's next era might be even bigger than 1989, because she won so much respect in music industry this era, not just her music; For some other stars who do NOT write their own music, it's a very good chance to get the best songs; Even for Taylor who's known for writing all her own music, more and better collaborators would love to work with her on her next album. I just hope Taylor following this, even though we all know her albums are like her diary, but the best collaborations won't hurt right?

Katy doesn't even have any artistry.. Like, after 3 albums, I still don't even know who she is as a songwriter. You know? So why on earth would Taylor want to model her artistry after someone who lacks just that? I don't even dislike Katy, she has catchy songs. but i just don't respect her as an artist.
I'm glad Taylor has always had such strong concepts for her albums so that each track could relate back to a central theme.
Just checked the tour schedule, the Singapore and Shanghai dates, I remember they were sold out very very quickly, but it seems not enough gap in between and the holiday after. I think they will add more Asian dates very soon.

You just pointed out the biggest difference, it's also why I'm optimistic about Taylor's career as an artist. Stardom is a complicated thing, especially pop culture, they have their own fav, I respect that. But living in teenage dreams after being 30 years old, is not a good idea
