But I do agree with you. I've always thought that she was a much better performer than she was an actress, and that she should have focused on being great at that one thing instead of being decent at ten things. But it's good that she has the other ten things to keep her going when music isn't paying the bills. A true brand.

I'm passionate. Growing up my trinity was Britney, JLO and Beyonce so I always have the lure of being passionate about Beyonce and JLO even when I throw shade.

Yes her brand is strong and she's done well for the latin community. I honestly think had she done a few lil cute movies (romantic comedies being her go to) here and there and focused on being on tv every week on acclaimed shows...the power would be stronger.

I'm loving JLO more and more again as she continues to keep her brand strong and clever.

This new Tv project was a smart move.

Not only that many of them don't downplay her impact, influence and contributions either.

Whether it's musically/pop culture related over overcoming her troubles and turning her life around she's going to get respect in at least one of those categories as you say...only those with black hearts won't.
