Ppl are saying Katy didnt sound great on TV. That's hard to understand - sounded strong in the venue. #AMAs
Probably because of the volume in the venue, you can't hear as clearly.. There is NO way that her vocals were skewed by the TV, it was the style and delivery of her voice.
I liked the part in the middle where the lights went out and it was just Katy with the umbrella and the petals falling from the sky, and the ending where Katy disappears in the smoke. It definitely had its good parts.
I kinda didn't like it so sorry The vocals were awful yet you barely hear her . But I think if we retrieve a video recorded by an audience from the venue I might change my mind coz Katy just sounds better that way
She sounded terrible yes, but so far, she's had the most "memorable" performance of the night. I really loved the colors and falling stuff and that awesome exit.

Her vocals were good! idk why some of you guys disagree. Probably cus i watched it with surround sound to the volume up lolol The performance as a whole was not bad, it was more than good, it was amazing.
