No, nothing can be charged to the consumer if it is purchased in a legal mean. The label could possibly ask you where you bought the album from but nothing will happen to you. I guess the album could be taken off you but, if its already on the internet. Abit of a legal loopoll.
Single leaks are different as singles are usually hidden in data bases or given to radio stations and is just overall illegal.
