I doubt they're friends and even if they were, that doesn't mean they're both going to see the same plastic surgeon and are hanging out his/her office together. Anyway, Kim definitely had a nose job and probably uses injections/fillers in her face, but I don't see anything else.
Also, Kim and Nicole don't look alike at all. I don't know why people say they do.
but she was good to look at both in 2001 and now. Though the pics Djole posted aren't convincing for me.
