She was gonna cancel the recording session with Pharrell.

She woke up feeling horrible on their 2nd day of recording and didn't want to go in, she ended up bursting into tears in front of him and he asked her what was wrong, she said I was gonna cancel, then they ended up using that as inspiration to write.

Yep she's spoken about it in a few interviews now, it's also on the DVD/Video section you get on the special edition. I wonder what she was upset about..
