Yes. Following the Big Brother rules, when it comes down to the top 3, all 3 houseguets play the HOH no matter who was HOH the week before. The regular rules also say three games must be played for whoever won the first game automatically goes on to the third game, and then the other two compete in the second game and whoever wins that that comepetes in the third game for the final HOH title.

If you didn't feel like reading all that, YES you do get to play the final HOH

Matty: Tonight we go down from 4 to 3! Only Buddy gets to vote to evict so lets see who is going home, Bo or Jack!?

[Buddy gets up and walks into the diary room]

Buddy: I vote to evict Bo

Matty: Ok houseguests. You’ve voted and now someone is leaving. The person who is evicted has one minute to say their goodbyes and leave.
With a vote of 1 to 0.… Bo you have been evicted from the ATRL Big Brother house. Please say your goodbyes and leave.

[Bo gets up, a little teary-eyed, and begins to hug Sates, Buddy, and Jack. Tells them good luck, picks up his bags, and heads out the door.]
