I really despised the Colin Quinn era, but I rank the Jost/Che team right at that level of awful. Their timing is terrible, Che stumbles over half his jokes, and the jokes are far too obvious.
I would've liked to see Cecily Strong back at the desk this season, with maybe Beck Bennett as her co-host. I think he can be very funny with excellent timing, but the writers use him terribly.
