I really don't think you have an understanding of what is and is not good acting, but I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
I have no qualms with Sophie Turner, I don't think she's bad by any means, but I've never NOTICED her acting standing out, and upon giving it some thought, I've never really seen her do any acting that was standout. The character always been very one dimensional. I guess you could say that managing to keep the portrayal of a character completely static and undeveloped over the years is a form of good acting, but I dunno.
Emilia certainly has a much better ability to make one feel something while watching the character on screen. I've never really felt much when watching Sansa cry and moan, at best I'd be indifferent, at worst I've at times thought the acting was flat and gotten irritated at how whiny the character was.
Sophie did kick things up a notch in the last episode, but judging by the show as a whole, she's very solidly in the bottom handful of actors on the show for me.
