This album is so good though, I just finished my second listen
and I can't believe I ever doubted her. I thought the album was going
to be a trying-hard-to-be-commercial uncohesive mess, boy was I wrong.
Sonically, it's like a perfect mixture of Lights & Halcyon.
The lyrics are her most accessible.
Vocally, it's her strongest one.
and i'm not saying Delirium is some phenomenal, artistic album either. it is a good enough pop album with some good tracks and a few great tracks. i really like it, but ellie actually has a really great, unique voice and she's a good person. she's a talented and interesting songwriter and singer, and if she dabbles in mainstream pop temporarily, it's not the end of the world.

EMOTION is certainly beyond overrated. it completely flopped, and her stans here use her MC score to say how amazing the album is, when it's just another silly pop album.
