Because people are overtly anxious for new music and have been waiting since late 2011. The track may not be on the album, but it may reflect the overall sound of the record. Perhaps it's just a gift to the fans to keep them busy while they wait.

She will be nervous because she is putting so much on this album. Changing her sound a lot if you really pay attention. I can understand why she is nervous about everything
She's nervous because when you are in the music industry as a relevant figurehead in popular culture, people will judge every little thing you do. What you wear, how you behave in public, your live performances, lyrics and the actual music itself. Ke$ha has a lot to prove with this record. I'd expect her to be very nervous. People will have their opinions and not everyone is going to like her music. New things are a challenge for artists.

I think she is more nervous this time around because she wants to deliver a rockpop album that will work. This is what she loves and it's gonna kill her if it doesnt work. Obviously she would be nervous. I can understand!
