Since you guys were talking about this, I'm gonna write about a thought which I have had for quite a while:
I'm pretty sure, Taylor will win more Grammys this era, Max Martin winning his first Grammy was a very strong indicator. Winning best producer before his most recent and most successful album 1989 being eligible to be nominated, only means they know 1989 winning SOME Grammys is unstoppable, then why not make his honor a little bit more pure? That's why he won his first Grammy in 2015, not 2016.
Edit: Taylor and Katy are totally different, the music industry knows Taylor REALLY writes her own music, no matter who was/is her collaborator, SHE is always their favorite, I think they know more truth than us.
Edit2: And all these above happened before Taylor's open letter to APPLE, regarding APPLE MUSIC.
Edit3: Some people might think, Taylor was lucky to write that post, but think about this: If it's just lucky or very easy, why not some other stars writing that post? Don't they worry about APPLE this giant? Don't they worry about punishment? Does Taylor? She just wrote it. This is the real reason I respect and love her
