Brooklyn Nights sounds like it might be on the next album. She said the only reason it wasn't on the album was that she only just started working on it and wanted more time. Or does that mean app release still?

Probably. Depending on release she may even revamp her tour and add different songs in for certain countries and come back around to other places like she did with TMB and TMB 2.0

I think so. The concept for the tour is based on the concept of the EP: avenging the dead. I think. Basically, Gaga is coming for revenge
