Nope, if she releases A Night now she will most likely promote it like she promoted WFL & Diamonds in November 2011 & 2012. I'm pretty sure the Grammys was the only televised performance planned for FFS, and that "A Night" will be the single used to support the album.
If you think about it, that's the 1st time that the 1st single's video was released so soon and that its world debut performance happened so early. It all makes sense imo...

FFS is typically the type of track who needs promo to reach full potential, it's so minimalistic and hard to get into

The second single will not need any promo to reach #1 everywhere
It will sell on it's own just like any of her previous lead singles ...
